A day in the life
You'll be on your feet, using excellent customer service skills to ensure every guest enjoys their time in our café. Your main duties will involve carrying out daily tasks to keep the café running smoothly, responding to guest requests and general enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering outstanding customer service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming and positive café experience
* Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages using a commercial coffee machine
* Efficiently serving food and drinks, maintaining speed and accuracy during busy periods
* Keeping the café and reception areas clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times
* Supporting daily operations, including stock rotation, inventory checks, and accurate cash handling
What You'll Need to Be Successful:
* Proven experience in a fast-paced café or hospitality environment with strong barista skills
* A genuine passion for hospitality with a focus on delivering excellent service to every guest
* Exceptional communication skills and a friendly and approachable manner
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays as part of a rotating roster
