Looking for a role where your work truly matters – and you can see the results of what you do every day?
At Kate Presnell Bodyworks, you'll step into a pivotal role shaping the growth of an award-winning, collision repair business with over 40 years of trusted service. We're proud of our reputation for quality, innovation, and care – for our customers and our team alike. With a 4-day work week and a culture recognised as Employer of Choice, this is where you can do meaningful work and still have time for life outside of it.
What's in it for you?
* Make a real impact: You'll be the connector between our business and its future – building relationships, driving new opportunities, and seeing the results of your work in our success.
* Be recognised and supported: Join a close-knit team where your input is valued, and your efforts don't go unnoticed.
* Grow your skills: Work with major fleet providers, insurers, and OEMs, developing expertise in a sector with long-term opportunities.
* Enjoy balance: Work four days, enjoy three-day weekends – every week.
What's the challenge?
We're growing – and we want someone who can turn opportunity into action. From securing new business to ensuring each customer interaction translates into a positive experience and a confirmed sale, you'll play a key role in taking us to the next level.
What you'll do
* Build and nurture partnerships with fleet providers, insurers, OEM and key stakeholders.
* Meet customers daily, inspecting their vehicles, and prepare accurate estimates that reflect our commitment to quality.
* Convert those estimates into sales – demonstrating the value of choosing us.
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the estimating stage – guiding them through the process, answering questions, and ensuring they feel supported. Once the job is approved, our admin team will take over as their main contact, so you can stay focused on building relationships and securing new work.
* Be an ambassador for our brand, upholding our reputation for professionalism and care.
What you'll bring
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills – you know how to connect with people and build trust.
* A proactive, organised approach – you can manage priorities without losing attention to detail.
* A results mindset – you take pride in achieving goals while delivering genuine customer satisfaction.
* Willingness to learn – no automotive experience? No problem. We'll provide the support you need.
This is your chance to join a business that's deliberately different – and be part of shaping where we go next.
