What you’ll be doing
* Leading internal audits, risk reviews, and continuous improvement projects
* Coaching team leaders and contractors on safety, compliance, and ESG responsibilities
* Delivering toolbox talks, inductions, and capability-building workshops
* Running site verifications, incident investigations, and closing out actions
* Managing ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 45001) and keeping Bishopp audit-ready
What We’re Looking For:
You bring 5+ years’ experience of HSE ideally within construction, with solid knowledge of ISO compliance and WHS, environmental, and quality standards. You’re confident leading audits, improving systems, and embedding practical, lasting change. You’ve worked with ESG have strong communication, planning instincts, and integrity. You navigate Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Toolkit, and ERP with ease. Bonus points for credentials like Lead Auditor, ICAM, Cert IV TAE, or tertiary qualifications but it’s your influence and practical mindset that truly set you apart.
