We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join the team on an initial 6-month contract, supporting senior consultants to build high-quality talent pipelines, predominantly across the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
Working closely with experienced consultants, you will play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and managing talent for junior to mid-level roles. Approx. 80% of your time will be spent:
* Proactive candidate sourcing (LinkedIn, SEEK, database, referrals)
* Market mapping across financial services talent pools
* Screening and interviewing candidates
* Managing the candidate experience end-to-end
* Building and maintaining active talent pipelines
* Preparing candidates for interviews and managing feedback
* Maintaining accurate CRM/ATS records
* Supporting consultants to deliver high-quality shortlists
You will also contribute to broader business initiatives (approx. 20%), including:
* Supporting marketing campaigns and talent projects
* Assisting with our annual report and industry event
* Providing support to Directors on key business initiatives
You will be
* Experienced in recruitment, talent coordination, or high-volume hiring environments
* Strong communication with relationship-building skills
* Passionate about creating a positive candidate experience
* Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
* Comfortable using LinkedIn, job boards, and CRM/ATS systems (Bullhorn would be an advantage)
* Collaborative and team-focused
