About the Role

The Recruitment Partner works in close collaboration with District Hiring Managers to coordinate and deliver end to end recruitment processes across the Local Health District (LHD). This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day recruitment activities, ensuring all processes are conducted in compliance with relevant legislation and NSW Ministry of Health policy directives, and delivered in a timely and effective manner to meet service demands.

The Recruitment Partner provides high quality administrative and customer support, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and responsiveness throughout the recruitment lifecycle. In addition, the role supports Talent Acquisition Partners and colleagues across the District, contributing to seamless recruitment operations and positive workforce outcomes aligned with district objectives.

There are 2 temporary roles on offer to work full time and part time based in either our Coffs Harbour or Port Macquarie District Office.

About You

You bring demonstrated experience in recruitment, administration, or a similar role within a high volume, multi-disciplinary environment and you are confident managing competing priorities and delivering outcomes within defined timeframes, with strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate diverse activities simultaneously.

Your well-developed interpersonal and communication skills enable you to build effective working relationships, resolve issues constructively, and provide high quality customer service and you are a proactive problem solver with sound conflict resolution capabilities and the ability to exercise initiative and judgement in your work.

You have proven experience interpreting and applying policies, procedures, and relevant legislation to achieve efficient and compliant workflow outcomes. In addition, you demonstrate strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft applications and relevant software systems and you can work both autonomously and collaboratively, contributing positively as an effective team member while requiring minimal supervision.

This is a Category B position
