We are looking for an experienced Demi Chef to join our talented kitchen team crafting dishes that excite, inspire, and keep our guests coming back for more.
Key Responsibilities
* Running your own section with confidence and consistency
* Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in line with our menu and standards
* Working closely with the Head Chef to keep service running smoothly
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment
* Keeping an eye on stock levels and minimising waste
Qualifications
* Two years of previous experience as a Demi Chef, ideally in a hatted restaurant
* A passion for food and an eye for detail
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Team player attitude with a dash of creativity
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
