The Opportunity
We are seeking a hands-on, mechanically minded Power Tool Repair Technician to join our workshop team. You'll work on a wide variety of electric and cordless power tools, supporting a loyal base of trade and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose and repair faults in electric, cordless, and air tools
* Perform electrical testing, servicing, and maintenance
* Order and manage spare parts inventory
* Maintain accurate service logs and job records
* Liaise with customers regarding repair updates and advice
* Follow all safety standards and compliance procedures

What You'll Bring
* Industry experience (preferred)
* Electrical licence (highly desirable)
* Experience in tool repair or spare parts handling
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
* Good communication and customer service abilities
