Key Responsibilities
The role involves overseeing a dual-desk recruiting strategy for manufacturing and production roles, encompassing both temporary and permanent placements. This includes blue-collar positions and leadership roles. Key responsibilities include fostering strong client relationships, generating leads through business development calls, on-boarding new clients, sourcing and interviewing top-tier candidates, and achieving sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
* Manage a 360-degree recruitment desk
* Foster and maintain strong client relationships
* Lead generation, business development calls and reverse market top talent
* On-board new clients and generate revenue
* Source, screen and interview top-tier candidates
* Build a pipeline of active and passive talent
* Write and post compelling job ads
* Achieve sales targets & KPIs in a fast-paced environment
* Collaborate with a supportive recruitment team

Requirements
* Agency recruitment experience required
* Ability to work with high volume, fast-paced recruitment
* Ability to manage a dual desk supporting both permanent and temporary placements
* Experience generating new business and on-boarding clients
* High-energy, results-driven & strong communicator
* Tech savvy, organised and a quick learner
* Relatable tertiary qualification
