What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you\'ll apply an analytical mindset to support the Transactional Services Manager to ensure financial accuracy on key tasks including: Month-end and year-end reporting Preparing and analysing the Payment Times Report (PTR) Assisting with financial audit preparation and sampling queries Monthly travel and accommodation expense reporting Daily maintenance and analysis of the Cash Flow Forecast Completing and analysing Daily Sales Outstanding (DSO) reports Reviewing Aged Trial Balance (ATB) trends, identifying accounts of potential risk, and managing bad debt write-offs Performing complex reconciliations Identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting improved ways to work Performing ad hoc reporting and analysis tasks as needed What You’ll Bring
You’re an organised and analytical professional with a passion for Finance! 2+ years in a similar role Solid understanding of Accounts Receivable and Payable principles and practices Strong time management, multitasking skills and ability to meet strict deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Great communication and problem-solving abilities Why You’ll Love It Here
