We have an exciting, permanent role available for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor on our long-term Road Maintenance project.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate a team of HD Mechanics and servicepersons
* Manage and lead a team of 6-10 maintenance personnel
* Schedule, allocate, and monitor maintenance tasks
* Drive safety and compliance through effective leadership and field presence
* Lead preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing
* support planning, breakdown response, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Accurate recording and reviewing of maintenance data
* Maintain detailed maintenance records and ensure reporting accuracy.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3-5 years of maintenance supervision experience is required for this position.
* Trade - qualified in relevant mechanical field (Diesel Fitter / Plant Mechanic or similar)
* Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in an open-cut mining environment
* OHS Construction Industry Card (White Card / Blue Card)
* High Risk Work License - Preferred
* S26 Statutory Supervisor Qualification
* MR driver's license - Preferred
* 4WD Certificate - Preferred
* Rio Tinto / FMG Inductions - Preferred
* Strong working knowledge of CAT and Komatsu mobile equipment is required
* Ability to lead a team, communicate professionally, and liaise confidently with clients and management.
