Local Health Services Australia is looking for a dedicated, compassionate individual to join our team of Support Workers in Newcastle NSW. As a Support Worker you will be working as a companion to our NDIS participants performing tasks such as assisting with daily personal activities and community participation for a Mental Health Client Within your role you will promote dignity, respect and choice and support our NDIS participants to live their best life and you will ensure the client is at the centre of everything you do. What the role involves: Client living in Raymond Terrace requires 2 hours of domestic assistance every 2-3 weeks Client living in Mayfield requires support Monday - Sunday 7:30am-9:30am for personal care and daily assistance What LHSA can offer you?
