**ABOUT THE POSITION.**
A permanent opportunity for an Accounts & Payroll Administration Assistant. You will be involved in the payroll, AR and AP functions of the organisation, contributing to a high-achieving team.
**DUTIES.**
- Timesheet reconciliations
- Answer payroll enquiries
- Weekly invoicing
- Preparing P/O's & bill reconciliations
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.**
- Qualifications in Accounting or relevant
- Experience invoicing for a construction company
- Sound knowledge of payroll processes
- Accountable and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
