About the Role
Come & join the washroom crew in our Newcastle laundry based in Cardiff 2285. Our Team in Newcastle is currently looking for a number of casual workers to fill a variety of positions within our industrial laundry.
We are looking for reliable casuals to join our team as there are opportunities to move from casual to permanent within the branch.
Responsibilities
* Processing linen and garments through their washing and drying cycles.
* Operate all equipment safely and efficiently to ensure products are cleaned and packed properly for delivery to customers.
* Perform physical work required to achieve daily production targets, including operating trucks of cleaned and packed products.
Qualifications
* Proof of right to work in Australia and the ability to meet physical benchmarks assessed during pre-employment medicals.
* Ability to operate all equipment safely and complete the new job safely.
* Previous experience in a similar industrial laundry or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
* Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical examination and drug screening.
