We currently have an opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor (Cards & Digital).
In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to customers with credit and debit card inquiries, internet banking, and NAB app inquiries.
This is an inbound call centre role, handling on average 30-50 calls per day, assisting with personal banking cards and digital inquiries.
Main responsibilities:
Customer Obsessed: Serve as the first point of contact for card-related inquiries, including lost or replacement cards, balance transfers, cross-product transfers, and points accumulation.
Keep It Simple: Use resources to assist with digital internet banking and NAB app inquiries, ensuring clear communication.
Move with Speed: Act quickly to provide exceptional service, bringing your personality to every call.
Own It: Educate customers about banking products and services, offering tailored solutions and taking responsibility for accurate information.
Win Together: Navigate multiple banking systems efficiently and collaborate with team members to stay updated on policies and procedures.
This is a 6-month assignment with the possibility of extension or permanency.
The hourly rate is $35.86 plus super, with an average of 37.5 hours per week.
The work schedule is rotating between 7 am and 7 pm, Monday to Friday.
The role is based at 700 Bourke Street, Docklands VIC.
After 10 weeks of training and proficiency, a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) will be available.
Requirements:
Customer service experience (retail, hospitality, call centre, banking)
Relevant tertiary degrees (Business, Commerce, Finance, Accounting) preferred
Passion for helping customers
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
