- Expected salary: $60,000 - $66,500 per year

Responsibilities

As a Co-working ReceptionManager, you’ll own customer experience and operations in your centre. You’ll be the daily point of contact in one of our business centres and an integral part of delivering the best customer experience. Whether they\'re staying for an hour or many years, our customers all come with different needs

- Build effective relationships with new and existing customers
- Work as part of a team to give our community everything they need
- Create exceptional experiences every interaction
- Own and Care for your centre - ensure it is always the qualified and inspiring work workplace our community requires
- Drive profitability of our centres through supporting sales or additional services and ancillary income
- Train, manage and mentor community teams to be the best they can be
- Lead by example through every interaction
