Description
As a Payroll Officer, you'll be responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll services across a large and complex workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end payroll processing including wages, salaries, overtime, and bonuses
* Maintain accurate payroll records and generate payslips, tax forms, and reports
* Ensure compliance with employment tax laws, awards, and company policies
* Provide exceptional customer service to employees regarding payroll queries
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve payroll processes
* Participate in payroll-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Profile
* Exposure to high-volume complex payroll functions will be looked upon favourably
* High attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
