Early Childhood Educator Role
We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team and contribute to a nurturing environment that encourages children's growth through play.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement engaging educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF).
* Build Strong Relationships: Establish positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
* Monitor and assess children's progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted interventions.
* Maintain accurate records of children's learning journeys and program planning.
* Ongoing Development: Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
* Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services.
* Current First Aid certification.
* Working with Children Check.
* Effective Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
