We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Delivery Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery, development and support of key operating systems and technical teams critical to our business operations.
 * Manage the operational support of core critical business systems, including Salesforce, AWS, Google Workspace, and other platforms.
 * Proactively monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimise solutions to enhance operational efficiency in a timely and efficient manner.
 * Support security initiatives and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
 * Work closely with other teams and external vendors to ensure seamless system functionality, integration, and efficiency.
 * Lead the delivery of technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
 * Develop and maintain project roadmaps, milestones, and status updates, effectively communicating progress to stakeholders, including Senior Leadership Team.
 * Identify and mitigate risks, troubleshoot challenges, and implement scalable solutions that enhance system performance.
 * Manage technology solutioning, ensuring the right tools and methodologies are applied to meet business objectives.
 * Provide technology expertise in system integrations, ensuring smooth implementation with minimal disruption.
 * Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, performance monitoring, and service quality assurance.
 * Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
 * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
 * 5+ years of experience in technology delivery or IT leadership roles.
 * Strong experience with Salesforce, AWS, Google Suite or similar enterprise software solutions.
 * Proven track record of successfully managing the delivery of technical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
 * Experience managing vendors and third-party service providers.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
 * Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 * Experience working with senior leadership or C-suite executives.
