* $88,557.94 - $94,883.44 per annum plus 12% superannuation

The Role

In the Readiness Support role, you will assist the Readiness Manager in the implementation of insourcing initiatives for, Yarra Valley Water’s largest field services contract valued over $1billion for the contract term, by contributing to effective planning, stakeholder engagement, and execution. This role supports efforts to enhance quality control, efficiency, and risk management in maintenance operations, enabling improved responsiveness, coordination, and customer satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities


* Support the Readiness Manager and business units in the execution of insourcing initiatives.
* Assist key stakeholders in developing and refining implementation plans for insourcing initiatives within the Operations and Response Business Unit and Asset Lifecycle Planning teams.
* Participate in stakeholder engagement activities to ensure insourcing plans are effectively prioritised, developed, and tested.
* Provide support to business units in planning and executing changes to achieve the intended benefits of insourcing initiatives.
* Support in the alignment of insourcing initiatives with broader operational goals to enhance service quality and efficiency.
* Contribute to monitoring and evaluating the impact of implemented changes, assisting in addressing challenges and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Support promotion of proactive risk management, improved coordination, and streamlined administration between internal teams and Delivery Partners.
* Support in collaboration of monthly reporting suite focusing on implementation plan progress, finance status, identified efficiencies and delivery challenges.

What we’re looking for

* Proven ability to build strong relationships and effectively negotiate with multiple stakeholders
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget
* Experience in process mapping, creating compelling business cases, and developing benefit realisation plans
* Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience in data analysis to drive informed decision-making
* Strong time management skills, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality
* T ertiary qualification in business, program/project management, engineering, science or equivalent discipline – desirable
