Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Educational Leader to join our team. As a key member of our centre, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with educators to observe, review, and enhance educational programs.
* Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content.
* Guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
* Lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* Current QLD Working with Children Check.
