Youwillactasakeyliaisonforclients,activelysourcingnewworkandstrengtheningthefirm's profile through professional submissions and high-level project management.

Lead significant public realm and government projects in a city where landscape design plays a central role in national identity. Bring your design leadership to Arcadia's established Canberra studio and help shape places that blend heritage, ecology, and contemporary civic life.
Aglimpseintoyourday
AssistPrincipalsandassociatesinmanagingavarietyofprojectstoensuretheymeet budget and schedule requirements.
Leadandundertakedesigndevelopmenttoachievedesignexcellenceacrossallprojectphases.
Overseegenerallandscapearchitecturalduties,includingsiteinspections,costplanning, and product sourcing.
Produceandreviewhigh-qualitydocumentation,technicaldetailing,andspecificationwriting.
Supportthefirm'sgrowthbysourcingnewworkandpreparingprofessionalprojectsubmissions.
Mentor,train,anddevelopjuniorteammemberswhiledelegatingtaskseffectivelyto meet deadlines.
Manageprojectadministration,includingaccurateinvoicingsupportandprofessional client communication to drive project outcomes.
Theexpertiseyou'llbring
ABachelorofLandscapeArchitectureoranequivalentqualification,suchas Architecture with horticulture or ecology training.
Provenprofessionalexperienceinlandscapearchitectureorarelevantprofessionalenvironment.
Highlydevelopedtechnicalskillsregardingmoderndesignandconstructiontechniques.
Provenabilitytolead,mentor,andgrowteammemberswithinacollaborativeenvironment.
