Overview
Troocoo is partnering with a leading organisation to recruit an experienced Procurement Project Manager to support the delivery of a large-scale project on a 12-month contract, with strong potential for extension.
This role offers the chance to contribute to a complex, high-profile project and play a key role in ensuring procurement and project outcomes are delivered successfully. This role is based in Perth, Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee procurement and project management activities across major project stages.
- Ensure alignment with governance, policy, and process requirements throughout the project.
- Manage supplier engagement, contracts, and financial processes.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and contractors to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Track budgets, savings targets, and project deliverables.
- Maintain effective contract management and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in procurement and project management within large, complex environments.
- Background in property, workplace, or other large-scale projects is highly regarded.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at senior levels with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Adaptable, cooperative, and solutions-focused mindset.
