Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our Call Centre team as a Call Centre Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving telephone requests for police attendance and other assistance.
As a Call Centre Consultant, you will provide effective customer service resolution, ensuring that calls are processed in a timely manner and patrols are tasked appropriately. You will also provide information and take reports from internal and external customers, including Crime Occurrences and Missing Persons Reports.

About Our Selection Process
We follow a comprehensive selection process to ensure we find the best candidate for the role. This includes:

Shortlisted applicants will need to be available to attend Police Headquarters for literacy and typing assessment, an interview, and medical examination.
Working Environment
The SAPOL Call Centre is operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays. In addition to base salary, shift penalties will be paid in accordance with the award where appropriate. Please note casual positions attract a 25% loading in lieu of annual and sick leave.
