Position Details
* Location: Work From Home (Australia-wide)

* Experience: Previous Sales, B2B Calling, or Telemarketing experience required
* Hours: Flexible between 8 AM – 7 PM AEST (4–8 hours daily)
Rewards & Bonuses
* Adherence Bonus: $500 for maintaining 80%+ attendance in the first 3 months
* 10% Commission on Total Sale Value ( OTE $150,000 to $300,000 )

About the Role

We are a respected national real estate agency seeking B2B Consultants to help us expand our business with referral partners. This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals who excel at business conversations, lead nurturing, and building trust over the phone.
You'll be engaging with property managers, real estate agents, buyers agents, and other potential referral partners — scheduling appointments, identifying needs, and supporting our consultants in delivering high-value services.

What You'll Do
* Make outbound B2B calls to warm and cold leads
* Build rapport and schedule appointments with business clients
* Qualify leads and identify business needs
* Follow up with interested prospects
* Maintain accurate CRM records
* Manage a high-volume call cycle and meet KPIs
* Work independently while delivering consistent results
What You Need
* Excellent phone communication and business etiquette
* Experience in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or sales
* Strong self-motivation and time management
* Laptop/PC, good internet connection, and a quiet workspace
* Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay positive
* Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or real estate is highly valued
