Drive Technical Excellence and Pipeline Growth
We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Specialist to join our team, driving pre-sales technical excellence and pipeline growth for our solutions.
As a domain expert, you will work closely with Solutions Engineers to achieve technical wins through Validation, Use Case Exploration, and Proof-of-Value (POV) execution.
You will help deepen customer engagement with our products during sales motions, partnering with Solutions Engineers and Account Teams to accelerate pipeline and close deals via technical validation, demos, and enablement.
Your focus will be on delivering product presentations, deep dives, evaluations, workshops, and POVs to meet customer needs.
You will translate customer challenges into scalable best practices and reusable assets, developing expertise across our product portfolio and usage patterns.
Collaborate with Product teams to create reusable content for key use cases and act as a trusted technical advisor and advocate for customers and internal teams.
Promote key product features aligned with strategic use cases in enterprise infrastructure, security, and application delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support presales lifecycle as a domain expert for our products and ecosystem.
* Partner with Solutions Engineers and Account Teams to accelerate pipeline and close deals via technical validation, demos, and enablement.
* Deliver product presentations, deep dives, evaluations, workshops, and POVs to meet customer needs.
* Translate customer challenges into scalable best practices and reusable assets.
* Develop expertise across our product portfolio and usage patterns.
* Collaborate with Product teams to create reusable content for key use cases.
* Act as a trusted technical advisor and advocate for customers and internal teams.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
* Ability to thrive in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
* Capability to work independently in remote teams.
* Excellent communication skills for technical content delivery.
* Deep technical knowledge in cloud, infrastructure, DevOps, and application management.
* Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code, cloud architecture, secrets management, networking, or provisioning technologies.
* Experience supporting infrastructure platforms or developer environments.
This is a customer-facing role; travel may be required for workshops, evaluations, or events.
