In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Complete supplier invoicing, accounts payable, and safety compliance administration. Input time sheets for fortnightly payroll ensure excellent attention to detail. Provide administration support for the branch. Arrange training and keep accurate records for the branch. Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures, and legislation. Maintain strict confidentiality at all times. General administration tasks including filing, archiving, data entry and answering incoming calls. To be successful in this role, you will need the following: Excellent attention to detail Ability to work autonomously. Highly organised and able to plan and prioritise your work. Able to effectively operate systems, including Microsoft Office suite (Excel), and the ability to learn new systems. Fine-tuned interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships with internal and external customers. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Education, Licenses, Certifications High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. Experience Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
