Parts Interpreter Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Parts Interpreter to join our team in a friendly and dynamic work environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively with customers, and possess a strong knowledge of parts and services. Key responsibilities include:

* Meet customer needs through continuous improvement of market share.
* Provide advice and recommendations to customers.
* Supply the Service Department with parts as required.
* Assist in preparing and maintaining merchandise displays in the branch showroom.
* Participate in inward and outward stock control.
* Timely ordering of parts and contact with customers.

For this role, we require:

* Relevant experience in a similar industry.
* Computer skills with accurate data entry and record-keeping with attention to detail.
* Exceptional customer relations skills.
* A forklift license would be beneficial.
