Instrumentation & Data Specialist
* WFH with 1 day per week in office

Role Opportunity
We are currently seeking an Instrumentation & Data Specialist to support the development of instrument indexes across multiple mining operations. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely with minimal office attendance, collaborating closely with site personnel to capture, verify, and structure critical asset data for integration into our client's custom asset management system.

* Essential Qualifications & Skills
* Proven background in instrumentation engineering, systems, or related technical roles
* Experience building and managing instrument registers or indexes
* Strong understanding of calibration processes and asset data management
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work across different time zones
* Strong communication skills for remote stakeholder engagement
Duties & Responsibilities
* Liaise with site personnel via Microsoft Teams to obtain and verify instrumentation data
* Amalgamate and build accurate instrument information databases
* Populate load sheets for importing into a custom asset management system
* Import and link verified technical documents within the system
* Set up and assign calibration templates to relevant instrument types
* Present completed information to site teams upon project completion
