In this diverse role, you will enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day. You will have the support of a strong, close team of driven and energetic healthcare professionals with the backing and resources of a global corporate infrastructure. Providing occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a range of conditions, both physical and psychological and supporting them to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.
Responsibilities
Case management (caseloads are manageable, and our consultants have the support of Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks)
Applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes
Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
Working collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals
Completing a variety of assessments using your clinical and discipline specific allied health skills, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments.
Deliver our innovative virtual reality pain education program, Re-thinking Recovery
We welcome new graduates to apply or soon to graduate Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellors
We provide internal supervision for Provisional Psychologists which meets full registration requirements

You'll be a driven and energetic professional with hopefully all of the qualities below
Tertiary qualification in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
Full Professional Registration with AHPRA or Full Professional Membership with ASORC or eligibility to apply
Fabulous communication skills – there is a lot of getting to know your clients and stakeholders
Compassion and kindness always go a long way as does empathy
It's the kind of career where well-developed time management skills are a must & plus
A current valid
Driver's License
and access to
