About Our Custom Homes Scheduler Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Custom Homes Scheduler to manage our custom homes projects from contract signing through to handover.

Main Responsibilities:

* Manage the project schedule from contract signing through to handover of custom homes valued up to $5M.
* Collaborate with experienced Site Supervisors on high-value residential construction projects.
* Utilize Databuild software to effectively manage projects.
* E nsure timely completion of projects while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Qualifications:

* Experience as a Scheduler in residential construction, preferably in project or custom homes.
* Proficiency with Databuild or similar construction software.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* A keen eye for detail and ability to juggle multiple custom projects simultaneously.
