Guest Services Team Leader

Elements of Byron

We are seeking a Guest Services Team Leader to join our Front Office team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is ready to step into a leadership position within a world-class luxury resort.

About the Role

As Guest Services Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests enjoy seamless, exceptional experiences from arrival to departure. You will support the Duty Manager and take ownership of the team when required, driving service excellence and consistency across the department.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and motivate the Guest Services team, ensuring high standards are consistently delivered.
* Provide training, guidance, and feedback to develop team capability and confidence.
* Review daily arrivals and ensure all guest preferences and special requests are met.
* Resolve guest concerns and service issues with professionalism and care.
* Collaborate with other departments, particularly Housekeeping and Reservations, to deliver a smooth and personalised guest journey.
* Maintain a warm, professional, and service-driven environment at all times.

About You

* Previous front office/guest services experience in a hotel or resort environment (leadership experience highly regarded).
* Confident, approachable, and able to inspire a team through example.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.
* Flexible, reliable, and committed to long-term growth within the hospitality industry.
