Overview
Human Resources & Industrial Relations Business Partner
Full-Time or Part-Time | Adelaide (Hybrid) | Client-Facing Consulting Role
Capture Culture is a South Australian based People & Risk consultancy working with organisations across construction, manufacturing, defence, retail, community services and the not-for-profit sector. While our roots are local, our impact is national, supporting regional and interstate clients remotely alongside on-the-groundwork in South Australia.
We don't offer transactional HR. We partner with leaders where people, risk and performance intersect.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources & Industrial Relations Business Partner to join our growing consultancy team.
This role is a primary client-facing position, responsible for supporting organisations through complex people and industrial matters while representing Capture Culture's holistic approach to People & Risk.
You will act as a trusted advisor to client leaders, supported by specialist expertise across HR, Industrial Relations, Work Health & Safety, Injury Management and Strategic Recruitment. You will not be working in isolation, you will be part of an integrated, highly capable team that collaborates deeply across disciplines.
This role is available full-time or part-time and offers flexibility for the right practitioner.
What Makes Capture Culture Different
Our methodology recognises that:
Industrial risk is operational risk
Safety culture is leadership culture
Workforce strategy is a business strategy
We work across systems, people and behaviour, not in silos.
