- Building Status
- Ensure preventive and curative maintenance building activities performance (dock-door-window-painting-electrical installation -storage racks-stairs-escabos andect )
- Ensure periodic checks for building performance
- Follow-up maintenance KPI's (electrical and water consumation)
- Ensure building projects achievement accorting to general specification
- Ensure improvement actions and project implementations
- Ensure internal procedures implementation and respect
