Job Title: Showroom Consultant – Interior Design & Sales
Location: Mandurah
Full Time: Monday to Friday 9-3 showroom hours
Salary: Hourly rate - $30
(plus commission based sales out side of showroom hours if interested)

Are you passionate about interior design and delivering exceptional customer service? We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Showroom Consultant to join our team
In this exciting role, you'll manage the full sales process – from initial consultation to post-installation follow-up. You'll work closely with clients, designers, suppliers, and installers, ensuring that every project runs smoothly. There is an opportunity to learn and earn more with commission based sales outside showroom hours if interested.
Key Responsibilities:
* Guide clients in selecting curtains and blinds that match their style, budget, and needs
* Manage sales from start to finish, including quotes, scheduling, and follow-ups
* Support the on-road sales team and take ownership of the showroom space
* Provide exceptional customer service and nurture long-term client relationships
What We're Looking For:
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Excellent time management and the ability to work independently
* Experience in a sales or interior furnishings environment is a plus
* Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience is required
* Experience in window treatment industry is a plus
* A passion for creating beautiful spaces and delivering top-tier customer experiences
* Must have Australian work rights
