This is an opportunity for a highly organised Administrative Assistant to step into a key role providing both high-level executive support and assistance across business and personal responsibilities. Our CEO is hands-on, fast-moving, and deeply engaged in project delivery – which means you'll play a key role in creating structure, anticipating needs, and freeing up their time to focus where it matters most.
This is a broad and busy role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, structure, and getting things done. You'll support the CEO, coordinate with the team, and manage day-to-day business administration.
The Successful Applicant Will Have
* The ability to anticipate needs, think on their feet, and deliver ahead of time in a fast-paced setting
* Advanced skills and proficiency using Microsoft Office
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment whilst remaining composed under pressure.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Current drivers licence and own transport
Roles & Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
* Provide confidential administrative and executive support to the CEO in a fast-paced and sensitive working environment, including the management of the emails and diary, and overseeing the organisation of meetings and events.
* Liaising with internal departments to facilitate seamless information flow and collaboration
* Arranging travel and accommodation logistics, monitor expenses
* Assist with invoicing, payment, expenses and reporting
* Acting as a point of contact and primary liaison between the CEO, employees, clients and external partners - facilitating communication and information flow.
* Handle essential administrative and operational tasks.
