About the role:
We're looking for dedicated and reliable cleaners to work across the Sydney Trains network. This role offers great variety, teamwork, and the chance to travel between different stations while contributing to a cleaner city.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cleaning stations, and surrounding areas to maintain high hygiene standards
* Travelling between stations across the Sydney Trains network: Ashfield, Auburn, Burwood, Lidcombe, Mt Druitt, Strathfield, and Granville.
* Using cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
* Reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly
* Working collaboratively with supervisors and fellow team members
* Working to our company policies, procedures, standards and safe work practices at all times
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
* Current RIW (Rail Industry Worker) Card – essential
* Experience in industrial or commercial cleaning (rail cleaning preferred but not required)
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
* Reliability, punctuality, and good communication skills
* Flexibility to work various shifts (including nights and weekends)
* Have a valid police check
* Have a valid Working with Children Check
* Good presentation and grooming
* Sound communication skills
