About the Role
Permanent, Full Time.
Work as a Trainer in Nursing and pass on your knowledge, wisdom and experience to the next generation of passionate healthcare workers. Join our Diploma of Nursing Academic team and make a long‐lasting, meaningful impact to students.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide services as a trainer according to the curriculum requirements.
- Provide a high quality of teaching service to students who are enrolled in the Diploma of Nursing.
- Ensure that effective learning is taking place in the classroom under your instruction and supervision and provide appropriate feedback to students.
- Actively pursue and participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills and to stay abreast of current and emerging principles and practices.
About you:
- Current Registered Nurse with no undertakings.
- Successfully completed a Bachelor of Nursing or higher.
- Successfully completed a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Experience in being a trainer and assessor in the Diploma of Nursing (desirable).
- Experience writing content and assessments (desirable).
