Australian Outdoor Living is looking to appoint a professional Sales Manager to lead and grow a successful team of in-home Sales Consultants focused on our Pergolas, Verandas and Decking (PVD) Product Divisions.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our PVD Sales Manager, you'll oversee the end-to-end sales operations, ensuring seamless execution, achievement of financial budgets and driving performance within the sales team. This role involves daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly responsibilities to streamline processes, enhance team productivity, and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Lead and manage a team of 3-4 in-home sales consultants at any one time
* Allocate and confirm daily leads for your team to meet budgets and targets
* Recruit and onboard new sales consultants
* Provide continuous training and development to ensure the success of the team
* Drive a high-performance culture by setting clear sales targets and goals
* Monitor sales appointments and oversee the successful completion of client consultations
* Create a motivating and empowering environment that enables your team to excel
* Prepare regular reports on team performance, and compliance
* Oversee data entry related to sales performance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

ABOUT YOU
* Has a proven track record of success in concept selling and in-home sales consultations.
* At least two years' experience with in-home selling
* Has previous experience in designing Patios, Carports, Verandas & Decks and has an understanding of Council by laws and regulations.
* Highly driven, tenacious, and motivated to achieve results
* Customer-focused with exceptional communication skills and values the customer experience.
* Accepts responsibility and works collaboratively with a solution approach
* Knows the value of a lead and performs well under pressure.
* Ensures honesty and accuracy in their work.
* Holds a valid driver's license and has access to a maintained vehicle
* Is available to work outside of standard business hours, including weekends, as required.
