We are seeking a skilled Professional to design, deliver and evaluate learning initiatives that enhance individual and organisational capability.
This role is responsible for identifying learning needs across the organisation and recommending targeted solutions.
About the Role
* Design and implement innovative learning programs.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure program effectiveness.
* Maintain and refresh existing programs and training materials.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of adult learning principles, excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret legislative and business requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
* A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
* Tertiary qualifications in Education, Human Resources or a related field.
* Proven experience developing L&D content and programs.
* Demonstrated experience working with trades, apprentices and trainees.
* Knowledge of VET legislation and frameworks.
Promising candidates will be proficient in Microsoft Office, LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools.
