Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead major outage works in the power generation sector, with a strong focus on Generator and Turbine Maintenance. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage complex, high-value projects critical to energy reliability.
This position will see you working Monday to Friday during pre and post outage, and on a continuous roster arrangement during the outages, based in Regional QLD.

Key Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
* Lead outage planning and execution for turbine and generator maintenance, upgrades, and associated works.
* Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
* Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and client representatives.
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
* Manage risk, change control, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
* Provide leadership and guidance to site teams during high‑pressure outage periods.
What you will bring:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager or Site Manager in power generation outages, particularly turbine and generator maintenance.
* Strong commercial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and contract administration.
* Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and foster collaboration.
* Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate others.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Demonstrated commitment to health, safety, and quality.
* Australian recognized tertiary or trade qualification in a relevant discipline (highly regarded).
