A dedicated and skilled Paediatric Advanced Trainee is sought to fill the role of a Retrieval Fellow. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in providing educational and safety support as a key member of the leadership team.
* Deliver quality outcomes for children, young people, and families by aligning with the Children's Health Queensland Leadership Excellence Framework.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care through participation in clinical duties at the Fellow level.
* Contribute to clinical audit, patient safety, and quality management initiatives through active involvement in related meetings and activities.
This demanding role requires adaptability and flexibility in challenging resource-poor environments.
