Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage risk and OH&S functions
* Develop and implement health and safety procedures and plans
* Ensure compliance with Australian Risk Management Standards and relevant legislation
* Drive best practice initiatives and continuous improvement
Key Selection Criteria:
* Extensive experience in risk management or health and safety roles
* Strong knowledge of Australian Risk Management Standards and legislation
* Proven ability to manage projects independently from initiation to completion
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong organisational and administrative capabilities
