We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Nurse Practitioner to support the Bechtel Pluto Train 2 Project in Karratha, Western Australia. This is a fly-in, fly-out (FIFO) opportunity operating on a 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off roster, with a preference for candidates based in Perth.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: delivering primary and emergency medical care to site personnel leading clinical governance and supporting compliance with health standards developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures in collaboration with the Clinical Team Leader managing occupational health rehabilitation and return-to-work programs prescribing and monitoring medications in accordance with regulatory requirements participating in incident investigations and maintaining accurate medical records facilitating training and promoting continuous clinical improvement Essential criteria: Registered Nurse Practitioner with current AHPRA Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health or a minimum of three years of relevant work experience in occupational health Minimum of three years' experience working in remote or resource-limited locations Demonstrated experience in occupational, emergency, and primary healthcare delivery Strong understanding of clinical governance, health and safety compliance, and patient-centred care Current Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certifications Excellent clinical judgement, leadership, and communication skills What we offer: Full-time fixed term position until 1 January 2027 An annualised salary of $189,126, plus 12% of superannuation 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off roster Travel and accommodation provided Access to 24/7 Employee Assistance Program Access to employee benefits such as gym membership, and health insurance discount Apply now or contact Natasha Joseph on 0499298731 for further information.
