Business Development Manager – Aftermarket
Location: South Australia (with NT coverage)

About the Business
Our client is a global industrial group operating in Australia within the rotating equipment and engineered systems space. The business delivers aftermarket service solutions across compressors, pumps, blowers, and vacuum systems, supporting critical industrial operations nationwide.
The Role
This position is responsible for driving aftermarket growth through long-term service agreements and high-value service opportunities across South Australia and the Northern Territory. The focus is on building predictable, recurring revenue while expanding the customer base beyond existing installed equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow long-term service contracts (12 months+) across industrial customers
Convert ad hoc service work into recurring revenue agreements
Generate new aftermarket opportunities from competitor-installed equipment
Identify overhaul, refurbishment, and high-value service opportunities
Build strong, long-term relationships with site-based and operational decision-makers
Partner closely with service and equipment sales teams to support lifecycle selling
Manage territory planning, travel, and pipeline activity autonomously
About You
Proven B2B industrial sales experience within aftermarket or service-led environments
Background in compressors, pumps, rotating equipment, or related industrial sectors
Comfortable prospecting, opening new accounts, and developing long-term relationships
Commercially astute, confident selling value, uptime, and service-based solutions
Strong time management skills with the confidence to push back where required
