UniSQ International Engagement plays a central role in advancing this vision. UniSQ International provides a wide range of engagement services to ensure a coordinated and strategic approach across the University in relation to international education opportunities. The International Admissions team has direct contact with prospective students and liaises extensively with academic and professional staff across UniSQ. The team provides client-focused service and maintains a high level of knowledge of internal and external systems, program offerings, University policies and procedures, legislative compliance, and international visa regulations. This ensures that every student receives accurate, timely, and supportive guidance throughout their journey to UniSQ.
Who you are
You are an experienced International Admissions Officer who serves as a key contact for prospective international students and their partners and agents, managing the UniSQ relationship from enquiry through admission, compliance and enrolment to census, processing applications promptly, ensuring all administration aligns with UniSQ policies and ESOS legislation, owning an end?to?end recruitment caseload, and leveraging CRM processes and technology to deliver and measure a seamless, positive student experience.

Reporting to the Manager (International Admissions Compliance) you will apply your expertise to:
* Undertake timely and comprehensive processing of international student applications for enrolment into UniSQ programs.
* Ensure administrative processes relevant to international applications and student admissions are aligned with UniSQ policies, Government ESOS legislation and support the UniSQ brand.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment caseload of international students from application, assessment, offer and enrolment through to census date.
* Efficiently implement the University's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes and utilise CRM technology to enable measurement of the effectiveness of service delivery and student recruitment activities.

* Excellent cross-cultural and interpersonal communication skills, including an ability to draft accurate and concise correspondence regarding student management issues.
* A proven ability to work equitability and ethically in a collaborative team environment whilst demonstrating initiative and resilience.
