About the Opportunity
* This permanent full-time or part-time opportunity will see you delivering mobile Speech Pathology services to adults living in residential aged care facilities and the local community.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assess and diagnose clients' swallowing and communication difficulties.
2. Develop and implement effective treatment plans to improve client outcomes.
3. Liaise with our national team of Speech Pathologists to ensure seamless service delivery.
4. Provide consultative and educational support to clients, their families, and colleagues.
5. Work closely with organisational staff, support coordinators, and colleagues to ensure optimum care needs are met.
