The Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Accountant to join our growing finance team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their accounting career to gain exposure across a wide range of industries and financial operations.
In this dynamic role, you'll work closely with our finance team to support day-to-day accounting activities, assist with monthly reporting, and build your technical capability across financial systems, management accounting, taxation, and asset management.
You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with senior leaders and learn from experienced finance professionals.

Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate Accountant, you will support the finance team with:
Assisting in preparing management accounts, journals, and transaction processing for end-of-month close
Supporting the preparation of board financial reports and balance sheet reconciliations
Helping prepare monthly BAS information and learning how to manage the ATO portal
Assisting with preparing annual financial statements and audit workpapers
Supporting year-end financial reporting, variance analysis, and business review processes
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders under guidance from senior team members
Assisting with treasury tasks, banking processes, and maintaining accurate asset registers
Reviewing coding accuracy on purchase orders and supporting accounts payable/receivable functions
Contributing to process improvement initiatives and digital automation projects across the group
About You
Completed (or close to completing) a Bachelor of Accounting
Intention to commence or working towards CPA/CA qualification
Strong attention to detail with a willingness to learn
Good Excel skills and confidence using financial systems
Ability to work proactively, organise tasks, and manage competing priorities
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with team members and stakeholders
Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude
