About the Role
We're looking for a customer‑focused team member to join our Hobart branch in a full‑time fixed‑term position until April/May. You'll be the face of our brand, helping guests start and end their RV adventures.
* Demonstrating vehicle features (training provided)
* Selling ancillary products (e.g., reduction options, tables & chairs)
* Ensuring guests have a smooth and memorable experience
* Opens, operates, and closes service bays on a 7‑day operation – weekend and public holiday availability essential

About You
* Has customer service or sales experience
* Holds a valid open driver's licence
* Is enthusiastic, positive, and enjoys helping others
* Thrives in a fast‑paced environment
* Communicates clearly and listens well (many guests speak English as a second language)
* Is tech‑savvy and confident using apps
* Can manage conflict and negotiate effectively
* Works well in a team
* Bonus points if you speak German or another European language (not essential)
