About the Company

About the Role

This is a fast-paced, client-focused position where you’ll manage a mixed portfolio of existing customers and high-potential new accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage, grow, and retain existing client relationships.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory.
- Present tailored ICT solutions aligned to customer goals.
- Drive sales growth across hardware, software, and managed services.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline management through CRM tools.

You’ll need:

- 4 + years’ experience in B2B sales or account management within an MSP environment.
- Proven success meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling approach.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- A growth mindset: driven, ambitious, and resilient.
