We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Graduate Civil Engineer. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, contribute to meaningful infrastructure projects, and grow into a confident professional.
This position involves working alongside experienced professionals and gaining exposure to Local Government engineering practices, including Water and Sewerage Operations, Road Construction and Maintenance, Project Management, and Asset Management.
* Develop skills in design, project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.
About the Role
* Bachelor of Civil Engineering (recently completed or graduating prior to commencement).
* Eligible for membership with Engineers Australia.
* Current Driver Licence (minimum P1 or equivalent).
* White Card (or ability to obtain prior to commencement).
* Strong interest in civil engineering and a positive team attitude.
* Commitment to safety and quality.
* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
